Short contents of the four parts of the book

1. part titled Competitiveness as a business need describes core leverage for achieving competitive advantage in an organization, starting with determining the competitive position of the organization, and continuing with the transformation into a highly competitive organization by using the model of distinguishing competencies, competitive leverage elements and integral management of competitiveness.

2. part titled Business Analysis provides a description of this new business discipline, which is focused on: discovering the needs of an organization and its clients; preparing integral in-depth solutions for meeting those needs; and ensuring and preparing the necessary resources and business process for these solutions.

3. part titled Future Business Approaches presents the plan of action that the organization uses to respond to the effects of the environment, to strengthen its capabilities into distinguishing competencies. It also shows the benefits for the organization. It includes the role of business analysis (business analysis) in this process, since it very important for its success.

4. part titled Where to start places the competitiveness into the operation of organizations form strategic management to the its value chain.
